Scope
These draft terms cover the website of ForkPoint Ltd, presented by ForkPoint Team. The company details above need verification before launch. Browsing this site does not create a paid services agreement.
Demo offers and inquiries
The starter contains sample offers, prices, statistics, and testimonials. They do not establish available services or verified results. 1 of 1 general forms have a submission endpoint. Connected forms send the entered fields and form name to the configured service. Abuse-prevention proof is included when enabled. Forms without an endpoint do not send data. This site takes no payments. A confirmation screen does not confirm a booking, payment, or subscription.
Use of the website
Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, or misuse other people’s personal data. You may read and share links to public pages. Any licence to paid materials must appear in the applicable purchase agreement. Third-party materials retain their own licence terms.
Future purchases
Before accepting orders, the operator must publish the actual seller details, service scope, total price and taxes, payment schedule, delivery or access period, cancellation process, and complaint procedure. A separate agreement must state the service scope and each party’s duties.
Consumer rights and refunds
Mandatory consumer rights apply where the law requires them. Eligible EU distance contracts generally have a 14-day withdrawal period, subject to legal exceptions. Starting digital content does not alone remove that right; the required express consent, acknowledgement, and confirmation must be obtained. Any commercial guarantee adds to statutory rights. This draft does not establish a working sales or withdrawal process.
From 19 June 2026, covered online consumer contracts with a withdrawal right also require an easily accessible online withdrawal function. Before enabling sales, the operator must provide that function and acknowledgement on a durable medium. The accessibility report email draft does not provide that function. Remedies for non-conforming digital content remain separate from the withdrawal right.
Results and liability
No specific business result is promised. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer remedies that the law does not allow us to exclude.
Questions, disputes, and changes
Send questions or complaints to the email above. We will seek to resolve them directly. These terms do not limit your right to contact a competent authority or court. Confirm the operator’s jurisdiction and applicable dispute process before launch. Changes appear on this page with an updated date and do not automatically change an existing signed agreement.
The EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform closed on 20 July 2025. The operator must identify the applicable alternative dispute resolution body and whether it participates in that procedure. EU dispute resolution bodies.
